احتجاج

پرویز مشرف کے دور حکومت میں جب پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا احتجاجی مظاہرہ "لانگ مارچ "کیا گیا۔تو یوں لگ رہا تھا کہ شاید وطن عزیز میں انقلاب آ گیا ہے۔کہا جاتا ہے کہ یہ دنیا کا سب سے بڑا منظم احتجاجی مظاہرہ تھا۔جس میں پاکستان کے ہر صوبے ، شہر،گاؤں،نسل اور ہر طبقہ کے مرد و زن،جوان بوڑھے ،بچے ایک ہی نقطہ نظر پر ایک ہی مقصد کیلیئے سراپا احتجاج نظر آئے۔شاید اسی وجہ سے ہر باشعور شخص نے سوچا کہ ملک میں انقلاب آگیا ہے۔کیونکہ تفرقہ پرستی کی دلدل میں دھنستی اور علاقہ و زبان پر لڑتی قوم تمام اختلافات بھلا کرپہلی بار یکجا نظر آئی۔اگرچہ مشرف حکومت نے لانگ مارچ کو روکنے کیلیئے مختلف ہتھکنڈے استعمال کیئے لیکن سب نے دیکھا کہ یہ کاروان منحرف نہ ہوا اور اپنے پختہ عزائم اور پر امن حکمت عملی کی بدولت اپنے مقاصد کے حصول میں کامیاب رہا۔
لیکن آج پاکستان کے ہر چھوٹے بڑے شہر کے چوراہوں پرروزانہ سینکڑوں لوگ سراپا احتجاج نظر آتے ہیں ہے آنسو گیس اور لاٹھی چارج انکے حوصلوں کو متزلزل نہیں کر پاتا۔ اور آئے دن حکومت اور حکومت کے دیے گئے تحائف سے تنگ عوام کسی نہ کسی محرومی و بے راہروی اور حقوق کی پامالی کا رونا روتی رہتی ہے۔مگر بے سود۔اگرچہ روڈ پر آ کر احتجاج کرنے او ر اپنے حقوق مانگنے کے واقعات نے لانگ مارچ کے بعد زور پکڑا اور یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ لانگ مارچ سے ہی اس نظریہ کو تقویت ملی کہ عوام سچے جذبے سے سڑکوں پر نکل آئے تو پھر مقاصد کا حصول مشکل نہیں رہتا۔لیکن سب جانتے ہیں کہ حالیہ احتجاجی مظاہروں کا کچھ حاصل نہیں۔کبھی کسی نے سوچا کہ ایسا کیوں ہے۔کیوں عوام کی پریشانیاں غریب بچے کی حسرتوں کی طرح بڑھتی جا رہی ہیں۔اور حکومت کے غلط فیصلے اور فرسودہ پالیسیاں عوام کا منہ چڑھا رہی ہیں۔درحقیقت آج عوام ملکی مفاد کو پس پشت ڈال کر ذاتی مفاد کیلیئے سراپا احتجاج ہیں۔مختلف سیاسی پارٹیاں ورکرز کو جذباتی اورسیاسی ہتھکنڈوں سے اکسا کر روڈ پر لے آتی ہیں۔ کوئی کہتا ہے کہ جیالوں نے چوڑیاں نہیں پہن رکھی تو کوئی رائے ونڈ کی طرف لانگ مارچ کی دھمکی دیتا ہے۔اپنی سیاسی نوک جھونک میں عوام کو بَلی کا بکرا َ بنا کر روڈ پر لانے والے لیڈر خود اپنے مفادات کیلیئے گٹھ جوڑ میں مصروف ہوتے ہیں اور مفادات کے حصول کی امید نظر آتے ہی احتجاج بند کرنے کا اعلان کر دیتے ہیں لیکن تپتی دھوپ میں لاٹھیاں کھانے والی حیرت زدہ عوام پھر بھی نہیں سمجھتی کہ حقیقت کیا ہے۔عوام کو سوچنا چاہیے کہ کیا یہ احتجاج ملکی مفادات کیلیئے ہیں یا فقط شخصی مفادات کیلیئے۔کیاایسے احتجاج کسی انقلاب کا پیش خیمہ ہو سکتے ہیں۔خدارا وطن عزیز کو میدان جنگ نہ بنائیں ۔اسکا ہر گز یہ مطلب نہیں کہ احتجاج نہ کیا جائے۔احتجاج تو نا گزیر ہو گیا ہے بلکہ عوام کو بہت پہلے سڑکوں پر نکلنا چاہیئے تھا۔لیکن احتجاج پرامن نہیں تو لا حاصل ہے۔حکومت کے مظالم سے تنگ مشتعل افرادٍٍٍٍٍٍاپنے ہی کسی بھائی کی گاڑی جلا کر اسکا واحد ذریعہ روزگارچھین لیتے ہیں۔گھر کا چولہا ٹھنڈا پڑنے سے اس کے بچے بھی بھوک اور انہی محرومیوں کا شکار ہوجاتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے احتجاج کیا جا رہا ہوتا ہے۔اپنے ملک کی سڑکوں کو نقصان پنہچانا،جلاؤ گھیراؤ کرنا اور عوام کی پراپڑٹی کو نقصان پنہچانا انتہائی شرمناک ہے۔اور سب سے اہم بات ہے کہ پر تشددمظاہرات میں عمارتوں کو جلانے اور ملکی املاک کو نقصان پنہچانے کا مطلب بڑی کرسی والوں اور بڑے عہدیداروں کوکرپشن کیلیئے نئے مواقع فراہم کرنا ہے۔ہزار وں کا کام لاکھوں مین کروایا جائے گا۔اور لاکھوں کا کڑوڑوں میں۔ملکی دولت کو مرمت اور تجدید نو کے نام پر لوٹا جائے گا۔پھر سے سوئس بنکوں میں ملکی دولت بھری جائے گی۔اس لیئے ایسے احتجاجی مظاہرے جو ملکی مفادات کی بجائے شخصی مفادات یا پارٹی مفادات کیلیئے ہوں یا جن سے کرپٹ لوگوں کی عید بن جائے ،ایسے احتجاج سے گریز کریں۔اور اس لاغر اور لڑکھڑاتی نام نہاد جمہوریت کی بجائے مضبوط اور حقیقی جمہوریت لانے کے لئے منظم اور پرامن احتجاج کریں ۔وطن عزیز کو نقصان نہ پنہچائیں۔

However, her arrest attracted media attention, embarrassing the government into quickly ordering her release. An undeterred Abdullah immediately resumed mobilising for the agitatioIn June, 2008, Pakistani lawyers and judges along with civil society undertook a "Long March” across Pakistan to protest the 2007 sacking of 60 judges by former President Pervez Musharraf Former Chief Justice of the Pakistan Supreme Court, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, has agreed to meet the protestors in Lahore. The protest, which began in Karachi, will end in Islamabad on or around June 12, and will culminate with a sit-in before the Pakistani parliament.

    As the Long March commenced, despite the obstacles, thousands of people marched towards Islamabad. The Prime Minister announced on 16th March 2009 to restore the chief justice, Iftikhar Chaudhry and hence the judiciary to its position prior to 2nd November 2007. With this the march was called off.In March, 2009, lawyers and opposition political parties under leadership of Nawaz Sharif to the current Pakistani government, are undertaking a long march from Karachi to Islamabad to demand the reinstatement of a supreme court Chief Justice and other judges ousted from office by former President Pervez Musharraf and they were successed in their mission.after the announcement of the Prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on TV.

  19. sorry to say sher bhai, long march aik tu na monazam tha aur na he ous main sub log shamil thay. haan kuch mofaad parast tabkoon ne aawam ko ullu bana k agay lagya howa tha aur apna mofaad hasil ker k side pe hoo gye. logon k itnay masail hain ki kisi k pass oun ka hall hai he nahe. poray k poray niazam ko badal k sahe deeni nizaam ko sahe deeni asoolon pe raaij kiye bina koi hal nahe.
